By downloading, opening, browsing or using our games, this website or Altare Panel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

02Eligibility

You are responsible for making sure your use is permitted by the law that applies to you. If you are below the age at which you can enter into a binding agreement where you live, you may use our services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

03Your licence

Altare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our games and this website for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and to the rules of the platform or storefront you obtained the game from.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works from the services, except where the law expressly permits it;
• use cheats, bots, automation, exploits or unauthorised scripts to gain an unfair advantage;
• interfere with our servers, advertising, purchases, analytics, consent systems or other infrastructure, or generate invalid traffic;
• use the services in a way that breaks the law, breaches platform policy, or infringes someone else's rights.

05Intellectual property

All titles, artwork, code, gameplay systems, branding, audio, text and related materials in the services belong to Altare or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

06Purchases, virtual items and ads

Our games are free to download and are funded by advertising and optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the storefront — for example Google Play — and are subject to that storefront's billing rules and refund policy, not ours. Refund requests normally go to the storefront.

Unless the law says otherwise, virtual items, currencies, boosters and rewards are licensed to you rather than sold, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed, rebalanced or discontinued.

Ad-supported games show advertising. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before advertising is personalised; refusing does not remove the ads, it makes them non-personalised. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

07Changes to the games

We may update, rebalance, limit, suspend or discontinue features, events, content, rewards, pricing and support at any time. We run A/B experiments, which means different players may see different versions of a feature at the same time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

08Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, misused the services, committed fraud or abuse, or created legal or technical risk. You may stop using the services at any time by uninstalling the game or closing your Panel account.

09Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altare and its partners and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity arising out of the services.

11Altare Panel (for studios)

This section applies only where you use Altare Panel as a studio customer.

• Your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for what is done through your account. Administrative actions are recorded in an append-only audit log.
• Your data stays yours. You own the game data you send to the Panel. We process it to provide the service to you, and we do not sell it or use it to train third-party models.
• Data protection roles. For your players' data you are the controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for giving your players the required privacy notice and for collecting any consent the law requires, before you integrate the SDK.
• Automated features. The Panel includes automatic and AI-assisted features — anomaly detection, configuration changes and written analysis. These are decision support, not guarantees. You remain responsible for what goes live in your game, and you should validate a change before relying on it.
• Fair use and availability. We may apply rate limits and quotas to protect the service. Unless we have agreed a separate service level with you in writing, the Panel is provided without an uptime commitment.
• Ending the service. Either side may end the Panel relationship. On termination you may export your data; afterwards it is deleted along with the game record, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you use our services as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules — including the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live.

13Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms; if a change materially affects Panel customers we give notice in advance.
